In November 2025, Oshawa's average home price was $730,988, up 0.5% from October but down 4.5% year-over-year. Sales dropped 14.1%, while active listings rose 10.8%. Detached homes averaged $793,130, semi-detached $647,633, attached $687,350, townhouse condos $532,083, and apartment condos $360,643. Compared to 2015, prices have more than doubled across all home types.
