In October 2025, Oshawa's average home price was $727,481, down 1.8% from September and 6.1% from last year. Sales dropped 24.7% with 177 homes sold, while active listings rose 9% to 681. Detached, semi-detached, and attached houses saw price declines, while townhouse-style and apartment-style condos increased. Since 2015, average prices have more than doubled across all home types.
