In November 2025, the average home price in Durham Region was $840,833, down 1.3% from October and 7% from the previous year. Sales dropped 15.8% with 622 homes sold, while active listings rose 18.5% to 2,154. Prices declined across all home types, including detached, semi-detached, attached houses, and condos. Since 2015, average prices have increased by 84.6% across all categories.
