Home sales in Durham Region rose 12.6% with active listings up 14.7% year-over-year. The average home price was $844,473, up 0.4% from last month but down 9.2% from last year. Detached houses averaged $934,629, semi-detached $734,610, attached $749,707, townhouse condos $588,926, and apartment condos $475,428. Prices have increased significantly since 2015 across all home types.
